  • Kelabit provides the services described in the Statement of Work.
  • Final project-specific deliverables are work made for hire, subject to full payment.
  • Kelabit retains pre-existing tools, methods, workflows, templates, know-how, and reusable non-client-specific components.
  • Third-party platforms, apps, ecommerce systems, payment processors, hosting, domains, and subscriptions remain subject to their own terms and fees.
  • Unless stated otherwise, one consolidated revision round and a 7-day limited bug-fix period are included.
  • No specific sales, traffic, revenue, ranking, or conversion result is guaranteed.
  • Electronic, typed, drawn, phone/tablet/touchscreen, scanned, and emailed signatures are accepted.
  • Arizona law governs the agreement.

Standard exclusions unless added in writing

  • Ecommerce/backend rebuilds, payment/checkout changes, product migration, custom apps, formal SEO/accessibility/legal audits, and ongoing maintenance.
